Photography coverage in Cancún starts at $5,000 MXN. Video starts at $7,000 MXN (2-hour minimum coverage in both cases). Multi-day conferences are quoted by project: starting at $15,000 MXN per day for photo and $25,000 MXN per day for video, depending on rooms, duration, and deliverables. We quote the same day once we see your event program.
Can you cover multiple rooms or stages at the same time?
Yes. For conferences with a simultaneous program, we build a team of two or more coordinated photographers/videographers, so no important session goes uncovered.
How fast do you deliver event photos?
We deliver an edited photo selection the day after the event for social media, press, and sponsors. The full gallery without retouching is delivered in 24 hours with priority delivery; with retouching, in up to 5 days depending on photo count.
Do you work with the event's production team or agency?
