How much does conference photography coverage cost in Cancún?
Photography coverage in Cancún starts at $5,000 MXN. Video starts at $7,000 MXN (2-hour minimum coverage in both cases). Multi-day conferences are quoted by project: starting at $15,000 MXN per day for photo and $25,000 MXN per day for video, depending on rooms, duration, and deliverables. We quote the same day once we see your event program.
Can you cover multiple rooms or stages at the same time?
Yes. For conferences with a simultaneous program, we build a team of two or more coordinated photographers/videographers, so no important session goes uncovered.
How fast do you deliver event photos?
We deliver an edited photo selection the day after the event for social media, press, and sponsors. The full gallery without retouching is delivered in 48 hours with priority delivery; with retouching, in up to 5 days depending on photo count.
Do you deliver a same-event video to play at the closing session?
Yes. During the event we edit a recap video of up to 2 minutes to be screened at the closing session, with the best of the previous days. It's quoted separately from coverage, because it requires an editor working on site while the rest of the team keeps shooting. The full highlights video is delivered afterward.
Do you work with the event's production team or agency?
Yes, that's ideal. We coordinate beforehand with your production: schedule, key moments, sponsor requirements, and access logistics. We arrive fully prepared, not improvising.
What do you need from the organizer before the event?
The agenda with times and rooms, access and badges for our team, the list of VIPs and speakers who can't be missed, brand guidelines and each sponsor's requirements, and setup times if the build-out needs to be documented. With that, we arrive knowing where each of us needs to be at every hour.
Do you produce video to help sell the next edition of the event?
Yes — it's one of our most requested deliverables. The highlights video is built exactly for that: showing the scale and energy of the event to help sell the next edition to sponsors and attendees.
Do you cover events in the Riviera Maya, or only Cancún?
We cover the whole area: Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Mérida. From Cancún we reach the whole Riviera Maya with ground transportation included; for venues farther away, such as Mérida, travel costs are added to the quote.
Do flights, lodging, and travel costs apply for events in Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum?
No flights: our team is based in Cancún. Ground transportation to Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum is included in the quote. Lodging is added only when it solves something —very early call times or several long days in a row— and, if it's needed, it shows up as its own line item. For venues beyond the Riviera Maya, travel costs are quoted separately.
