How much does a real estate photography session cost in Cancún?
A standard listing session starts at $2,500 MXN (up to 140 m² or 3 bedrooms, 30 edited photos, 24-hour delivery). Larger properties start at $4,000 MXN, with 60+ photos. Drone footage is quoted separately. Agencies and hosts with multiple listings per month get a volume rate.
How fast can you book and deliver?
We usually book within the same week, and edited photos are delivered 24 hours after the session. If your listing is urgent, let us know — we can often turn it around faster.
How long does the session take?
A standard property takes about an hour. Larger properties or those with amenities take one to two hours.
Do the photos work for Airbnb and real estate portals?
Yes — delivered in high resolution and the formats required by portals, MLS, Airbnb, and Booking. If you need a specific photo order for your listing, we'll set it up with you.
Do you cover Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and other areas?
Yes: Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and surrounding areas. Travel costs apply outside the immediate area and are confirmed at quote time.
Do you also do video or property walkthroughs?
Yes, we offer vertical video for social media and property walkthroughs as an add-on to your photo session. Ask about the photo + video package when you request a quote.
What do I need to prepare before the session?
A clean, staged property is 80% of the work. We send a short prep checklist when we confirm — lights on, beds made, surfaces cleared. We handle the rest.
